The preparation is simple: The tomato and raw chilies are ground, salt is added and fried. The meat is added with its broth, previously cooked. It is allowed to boil until it seasons and is added, five minutes before removing from the heat, the seeds of the guajes, ground and dissolved in a little of the same broth. One or two branches of cilantro are put on it. Ready and to be served.
